All trainings and meditations are held offline in Bishkek. Online options are also available upon request.

1-on-1 private sessions

Each session is tailored to your current state and may include visualization-based practices, meditation techniques, and gentle energy work to support relaxation and overall well-being.

Sessions also include work with energy alignment, helping you feel more grounded, centered, and balanced.

Group Mindfulness Meditation

A guided group session designed to help your team pause, reset, and recharge.

If your team is looking for a structured break from a busy workday, this session offers a practical way to reduce stress, improve focus, and restore energy.

It’s also a great addition to team-building events, workshops, or company retreats — providing a calm, grounding experience within a full agenda.


Format
  • Sessions can be arranged for groups of up to 15 participants at an external venue
  • For on-site sessions, group size can be extended up to 50 participants
  • Duration: typically up to 2 hours (can be adjusted based on your needs)

4-week Mindfulness Training

This is a 4-week program with weekly sessions of 2.5 hours.

Throughout the training, you will explore how your internal state, energy, and physical body are interconnected. You’ll learn practical techniques to regulate stress, increase inner balance, and develop greater awareness of your emotional and mental patterns.

Each session includes guided meditation and structured practices designed to help you feel more grounded, focused, and balanced.

Spiritual Game Leela

If you are indecisive of something and worried about it, come to play Leela. Interactive gameplay takes you deeper into self-awareness. Use the tools and insights it provides to explore your thoughts and feelings about your choices. Your Inner-Self will respond to your spirit desires and guide you to your next steps.

Events

Open free meditation happens once a month for anyone who signed up here. The meditation is in Russian. Space is limited.
